AITOOW thinks the Fundraiser In Chief is so concerned with education (other than buying teacher's unions and keeping people for looking for non-existent jobs and making sure there are jobs for immigrants that no educated person would accept) because he wants as many opportunities as possible for the Left to brain wash future generations? Maybe it's to make sure they have so much debt that they will be constantly dependent on hand outs. Maybe so (like his wife) they can marry well and drop out of the job market.
