Fruit Loop(holes)

AITOOW thinks that wineries that generalize (or give no information) about the flavors of their wines (on the back side labels) do so because they can't consistently meet a standard? Even in the same year.

Thanks But No Thanks

AITOOW thinks that those who say "I can hardly thank you enough" barely thank you at all?

Black Mark-et

AITOOW has noticed that a thousand point drop in the Dow has resulted in next to no media hysteria or attention. In the last election period in which a similar pattern developed, all they talked about was the drop. And they pointed fingers and proselytized . Did they become inured/apathetic to the genre? Is there so much else going on in the world? Have the losses not been large enough? Have the results of the losses not been systemic enough? Or is it because it's part of a pattern of conduct in which they do all they can to save their like minded power players from discredit/blame?

Misleading Advertising

AITOOW has responded to a commercial's suggestion to "call for information"? Heads up - they won't tell you if the CEO uses his/her right or left hand to masturbate (or any other "interesting" information).

Baby On Board

AITOOW wonders if those anti-abortion billboards with little white babies on them would be as effective if they showed a grown up ne'er-do-well on them? Especially one of color. Or just a black baby?

Blood Test

AITOOW thinks you can tell what a mixed race individual is by asking them if they are proud or embarrassed by their mixed blood? If they say embarrassed, they are white.

In The Pink

AITOOW was originally disappointed that the NFL only gives 8% of their "pink" merchandise sales to charity and then realized that they couldn't think of a single women's league that does anything for men's charities? And how many times a year do they conduct some kind of breast cancer event? It's more ubiquitous than country music awards shows. And shouldn't pink be for vaginal cancer?
