Supreme Injustice

AITOOW wonders how the Republicans will shoot themselves in the foot during the Supreme Court pantomine? In what should be a shit show for the Democrats, I predict the narrative will be co-opted by them. And not only will the Republicans NOT energize their base for the mid term elections ala Cavannaugh and Barrett, they will somehow energize the opposition again. And I'm glad that Breyer revealed how political these scions of justice are. Just a coincidence that he is retiring while Democrats are still in charge. What were the odds?

Vax Effort?

AITOOW wonder how many athletes, etc have lied about getting a vaccine? It seems like an inordinate amount seem to get it. And they are never known to skirt the rules. And how may vaxers were pro-vax before the 2020 election? Hypocrites.

Defrost Before Using

AITOOW wonders how much arable acerage would be ADDED if we have global warming? They always talk about what will sink. I quick look at the map seems to indicate the opposite. Huge parts of Canada and Russia will become useable. Areas near the equator are already desert. We lose a few islands and coastal areas. Is Brazil the one large land mass in question? And why don't we ever blame rising human consumption on lowering resevoir levels? They make it sound like it is all supply/evaporation driven.

AITOOW wonders if people who engage in anal sex have to worry about what they eat? I'm guessing you don't want fire in the hole.

Dumb As

AITOOW thinks that Democrat DA's don't prosecute simply because they don't know how to? I'd love to see their bar scores. We all know the schools graded them on a curve. I bet they simply don't know what a real DA would do. They are woefully underqualified and in over their heads. You could say this about most Democrat public servants as well.

Natural Fit

AITOOW wonders why airlines don't sell/make bags that meet their size requirements? It seems like a natural. Would take the guess work out of it. I wonder if they would actually lose money by not by not being able to screw people (by informing and penalizing them) at the airport/gate?

U S A A-holes

AITOOW wonder what it is that makes them special? USAA, in their Rob Gronkowski commercial, seems to be saying that discrimination is what makes them special. You can't get their rates unless you are military. Special in an olympic sort of way? Maybe. Tone deaf? Definetly. I appreciate that these people take the worst paying, thankless jobs. But, I think they shouldn't be treated any differently (preferentially) just because they couldn't get into college.

AITOOW wonders why we make fun of people who use the phrase "get off my lawn"? Why is that wrong? Nobody should be on your lawn except you. That shouldn't have to be said. It's trespassing.

A Liberal By Any Other Name

AITOOW thunks that Reublicans need to stop calling Democrats - Liberals, Socialists, Communists, etc? It dillutes branding. All these bad policies have to redound to the Democrat party. So that at election time, the right people will face a reckoning. They all run as Democrats. Not factions. Right now they can claim that they aren't a liberal or a commie. While that may be true (although lock step voting seems to contradict those claims), Republicans can use it to tar aand feather the whole cohort. Which I assume would be in their interest. Democrats seem to get the message. I don't recall them breaking the Republican party into factions. They just besmirch the whole right side of the aisle.
