AITOOW is fed up with government officials (including those in the DA's office) not knowing the law and wasting resources investigating "potential" criminality? Someone allegedly posted a depiction of a black football coach that may or may not show the black coach being lynched. I haven't seen the post. And the local officials are "looking into" whether this can be prosecuted as a crime. My first question is how do you not know the answer to this already? Were you awake in law school? And if so, how could you not know five minutes into an informal legal discussion with peers? And is this really at the top of the agenda? Is this type of behavior the worst thing going on in your community at this moment? Or is it a chance to appease and grandstand? It better be empty promises. God forbid you do some thankless heavy lifting and serve your community like you swore to do. The proper response to inquiries on the matter would have been - "In order for it be a crime it would have to satisfy these elements (ie another action in furtherance - among other missing elements) and it does not". Sermonize. Moralize. Grand stand. Just don't patronize. Or worse, be ignorant of the legality or illegality of such a common offense. And don't waste time or money that isn't yours to play with.

AITOOW loves it when they get black people to sing the national anthem at sporting events? You know all those would be "kneelers" are just seething with their inability to kneel while watching what they consider a bunch of "toms" glorifying the nation they abhor. Such a brilliant (if accidental) bit of responsive subterfuge.

Post Coital Relations

AITOOW thinks the me(ow)too movement (aside from garnering attention) is all about regaining the leverage women lost over men during the equal rights movement? The leverage in question belonging to sexual congress. Once women realized that they gave away the power associated with the denial of sexual relations (by "exploring" their sexuality), they have been searching for a way to have their cake and eat it too. Metoo is the latest manifestation. If pre-secxual activity is a dead end, then how about post-sexual? You get your bang on and then hold the spectre of incarceration (or reputational damage) over the participant's (or participants')' head. You get to keep the cultural/historical benefits afforded to you (because of paternalism) based on gender while avoiding the duties. It just goes to show that equal rights movements are usually anything but.

AITOOW thinks Trump and Sanders (hell everyone) should cite "anonymous sources" every time the press presses (that is a funny double entendre) them to support their allegations? It would shut them up and remind them of what hypocrites they are.

Plus - is it any wonder that a hard charging business man doesn't relate to the concept of group think? That is another reason Trump doesn't blend with the governed by committee "old Europeans".

AITOOW laughs at all the BS positions that companies have to subsidize to placate minorities? VP of Minority Relations. Things like that. An offshoot of Jesse Jackson's (et al) shake down game. I wonder if there are "no show" jobs we don't know of. I suppose it also effects the public sector.

Pre-existing Contrition

AITOOW loves these leftist political ads that say they will make health care affordable AND protect pre-existing conditions? THAT (and they) is what made healthcare UN-affordable. This year (with the Republican amendments) my deductible rose 5%. I'm not sure if the Federal contribution will offset that. I haven't checked yet. Before that, under the ACA it rose by 100% every year since I enrolled. And I didn't want it to begin with and have never used it for than the annual check up. No more help. Please!

AITOOW wonders if we are burdened by all these namby pampy kids because freaks are coalescing in freak states like Oregon and California? They used to encounter some societal dissonance. Now their behavior is reinforced.
