AITOOW wonders how much "woke" code (AI) is out there? How many automated systems (like say if I hire an online recruiting site) have been "manipulated" to favor some people over others? How many "objective" decisions are not. We probably all think that if we take people out of the equation then we will get fairer results. How "fair" are those algorthms that make the choices? It is probably a good guess that the entities and people in charge of creating fairness are not doing that at all.
