AITOOW doesn't understand the chain of command in Robot's White House? He's assigning people to newly created postions within his Department heads' hiearchy. So much for empowerment. How long until we have an incicdent because we don't know who reports to whom? Let the power plays begin. And since 2 of these appointments were at State, can we gleen anything about his faith in the Cackler? Why do I feel Robot is going to be the king of assigning committees to study issues.
