Diverse Like Me

AITOOW wonders what this word means to some people? I'm looking at the Racial and Gender Report Card prepared by that bastion of higher learning UCF (that's Central Florida ... pause for laugh). They give the NBA (Nothing But Africans) an A on race and A- on gender. Let's see the ratios that lead to an A in DIVERSITY. I remind you that blacks are 19% of the population. And that is including every manner of octaroon and mulatto et al. Which of course can never be considered white by blacks. Players - 82% colored. Diverse? Professionals - 36% colored. Almost 2x the national average. 44% female. A little below national average. To get an A in DIVERSITY, your black workers need to be 4x the national average and their bosses need to be 2x the national average. And the answer to the initial question is that diversity means that white people (especially men) need to be eliminated from the equation altogether. You'll notice they are withholding the A plus until it's 100%. Remember that when the topic is used as a guilt lever to take your exisistence from you.
