World's Smallest Viola

AITOOW is so sick of minority groups bitching about the lack of parts for themselves in Hollywood? Who the hell is Viola Davis? Who can name one movie besides The Help she has been in? Maybe nobody sends you scripts because you are a bad actress or a big mouth pain in the ass to work with. It would seem to fit. And why are there no roles for black women? Because black women have done nothing except rear bastard children, grown fat and complained since they first appeared on the planet. Name one thing society as a whole has come from the mind of a black women. The closest thing to a interesting protagonist you can promote as a whole group is an artist. Some third rate hack who can only write about her own experience and only is patronizingly lauded because of she is the best of a weak lot. Heard one of those stories - heard them all. And if there are so many great stories (this goes for ALL people who think they are underrepresented) then get some people together and produce them yourselves. Unless you forgot this is the movie BUSINESS and not a term you are probably more familiar with movie WELFARE. Lord knows you would bitching about how much the white man made off your stories if he ever did what you asked. I also think it was so brave that you made your stand after the Oscar votes were in. You weren't even the best actress in that movie. Please just shut up. It's bad enough to have to listen to you parrot other peoples words.
