US v Them

AITOOW thinks that pro diversity initiatives result have done more to divide our country than unite it. They encourage the beneficiaries to think only within their own group for prospects. They marginalize people by grouping them. They "create" differences. They foster jealousy. They reject merit. They punish the wrong people. Remedial measures are always a day late and a dollar short. They reward the wrong parties and penalize the wrong transgressors. And that is if they are necessary and fairly applied.
