AITOOW finds it predictable that higher priced cities like Chicago are preferred government symposium destinations over Vegas and Orlando according to the Bambi administration. I believe the average hotel rate in the Second Ciry are $99 (not that they won't stay at the Ritz). Orlando and Vegas average $87. Half million dollar "date nights" are exempt from the travel restrictions.
