They are opportunistic. They think diplomacy is for the weak. They are like all other nations and people throughout history. They are using events to manoeuver for the best deal. Didn't your time in the Senate prepare you for this reality. How many times do idiots like you have relearn the lessons that others have already suffered through. You're like the child who needs to touch the oven before he learns to stay away from it. While you're wasting time learning for yourself, they're getting the bomb.
