Dow and Out

AITOOW thinks that financial news copy writers don't understand percentages? How many times do I hear them say the "Dow Tumbled" only to be advised that their definition of tumbled is a 100 point loss. 1% is not a tumble. I would even call it a stagger. 5% maybe. 10% definitely. Please learn the difference.
