AITOOW wonders how it is that certain communities say they can't police their own peoples' behavior. A small segment seems to be able to. They can convince those same people that "snitches get stitches" and you should never talk to "the man"? They also seem to be able to make them wear certain clothing or pray to a certain deity. Is it possible that these impotents really don't see themselves as so different from the "trouble makers" Maybe just willing to let others fight their fight for them?
