Pot Hole

AITOOW who wonders if pot effects groups of people differently? It seems like there was a lot of intellectual expression from whites in the Fifties and Sixties. I can't recall as much ethnic contribution. Not sure if Jazz qualifies as either pot sponsored or as intellectual. That may be my faulty memory. Today's contribution seems to be inane rambling that I term "mumble" rap. Now I know that can also be partly attributed to cough syrup and liquor, but, is the answer that pot is just too strong now to allow for mental "day tripping"? It's not like white artists seem to be creating anything better. We've had people write on opium, heroin, meth, cocaine, amphetamines, etc. throughout history Art was never this bad/dull/stagnant.
