What Lies Beneath

AITOOW wonders if being lied to or having something hidden from you is a good thing? Could it mean that the liar/hider values their relationship with you so much that they would take those actions to preserve it. Now, of course, it would be most respectful not to endanger the relationship to begin with. But, things happen and may have happened before the relationship. Should we take a second look at how we react to this behavior.
