AITOOW wonders if criminals are disporportinately latent homosexuals? They know ass rape may be a consequence, yet they proceed anyway. Even if it isn't true, wouldn't it make for an effective deterrent? Start a marketing campaign that ties criminality with homosexuality. I bet the thug life would lose some ofits luster.
