Input Inequality

AITOOW wonders why we let people complain about income inequality when people have been saying for at least thirty years that money was not what motivated them or what they found most important. We have been constantly told as employers that you can't just reward employees with money. Now that is all they bitch about. Do you think you get all those other incentives AND money. There is a trade off. Let's not even speak of the deterioration in skill and the things they major in.
