AITOOW wonders if "temperament" is code for "uptight"? Does a leader have to have a stick up their ass? Isn't that a bureaucrat? I think we have been reminded that having the "right" "temperament" puts you in a box. Did you ever notice that the only deals that a politician "wins" are the ones that get them elected. They seem to be ruthless about those negotiations.
