Crimes and Misnomers

AITOOW thinks, that if racism (any ism) is now the most deplorable action a human being can commit, leveling a charge of racism must be the most considered decision that a person must make? Any spurious or exaggerated claim must meet with some punishment. Then again, I can't remember a libel or slander suit against anyone who has been called a murderer.
