AITOOW sees a disconnect in what the AG is championing and his actions? He wants "enemy combatants" to receive similiar rights of due process that we give to our citizens. Yet, he allows them to be interrogated for 45 minutes before they are Mirandized. Taking no position on the sagacity of this position, it still seems as though he is not affording them the rights he thinks they are entitled to. He discourages the prosecution without accomplishing his civil rights objective. It's just idiotic.
