School Runnings

AITOOW wonders why teaching is so hard? That's what they always tell us. If it is so hard then maybe we should re-examine how (and to whom) it is structured. Perhaps these whining teachers shouldn't say public education is a right. Perhaps we should exclude the juveniles who make it so hard. Perhaps it could be taken away for bad behavior/grades. Perhaps fines should be assessed for behavior that increases cost. Municipalities are charging (in addition to taxes) fees for all sorts of services (fires, police calls).
